FOR EMPLOYERS

We're your external women's network.

Employer memberships that help you attract, develop and retain ambitious women — without asking your ERG to build a program from scratch.

The business case

MCKINSEY & LEANIN | WOMEN IN THE WORKPLACE 2025

93

women are promoted to manager for every 100 men — the “broken rung” that starts at the very first step up.

FORTUNE | 2025

11%

of Fortune 500 companies are led by a woman — just 55 of 500.

CNBC | LINKEDIN

~70%

of roles and opportunities are filled through networks and referrals — not public applications.

Why companies partner

You don't have a talent problem. You have a rooms problem.

01

Your ERG is running on volunteer hours

Programming quality depends on how much spare capacity your women's network happens to have this quarter. We take the calendar off their plate.

02

Internal-only networks have a ceiling

Women learn the most from peers at their level in other companies. An external network gives them perspective, benchmarks and sponsors you can't manufacture internally.

03

You lose women at the manager-to-director jump

The break in the pipeline isn't entry level. It's the middle. That's exactly the stage we serve.

Questions

For talent, DEI and ERG leads.

How is this different from an internal women's network?

Your ERG builds belonging inside the company. We build the outside network — peers at other companies, senior women beyond your walls, and the introductions that make careers move. The two work best together, and we're built to support yours rather than replace it.

Who should we sponsor for membership?

Women in early to mid-stage corporate careers — roughly analyst through senior manager. That's where the pipeline breaks and where membership has the biggest measurable effect.

What does it cost?

Corporate memberships are priced by seat count and programming, and most partners run them out of L&D, DEI or talent budgets. Tell us your headcount and we'll come back with a proposal.

Do you work outside New York?

We're NYC-based with members across major U.S. cities. Private events are hosted in person in NYC, Boston, Chicago, LA, and SF, and virtually everywhere else.
