- Who is Her Workplace for?
- Ambitious women in the early to mid-level stages of their corporate careers — typically analysts through senior managers — who want to reach the next level with the network, mentors, and resources behind them. If you're driven, corporate, and done doing it alone, you're who we built this for.
- Is there an app? How does it all work?
- Yes — everything lives in one place, on web and mobile. Our platform uses smart matching to connect you with the right members, mentors, and resources for where you're headed, and it's where you RSVP to events, browse the member directory, request introductions, and access your benefits. The technology does the connecting in the background; the value is the people it puts you in front of.
- Is membership open to everyone?
- No. We review every application by hand. Keeping it selective is what makes the rooms candid, the advice honest, and the introductions worth making.
- Where are you based?
- We're headquartered in New York City with members across the U.S. Most of what we do happens online, so you're never on the outside for being remote — and we also host in-person events and meetups in cities including New York City, Boston, Chicago, LA, and San Francisco.
- How much time does membership take?
- As much or as little as you want. Most members join one or two events or workshops a month and lean on the member directory and introductions in between — it's built to fit around a demanding job, not add to it.
- Do you work with companies?
- Yes. We partner with employers who want to retain and promote the women on their teams — through team memberships, in-house workshops, and program design. Your women get a trusted network beyond your walls, so they grow, lead, and stay.
